”Pelle Polis” is a film by Pål Hollender about power and sexual abuse. The film is about pedophiles, adults who are emotionally and sexually attracted to children. The main character in Hollender’s film, Pelle Polis, is charged with having sexually molesting a minor. ”I’m not taking that risk again, for my own sake. That’s a promise I’ve made to my superiors,” says Pelle Polis about the incident. By day, he works as a policeman. ”You help people in various ways,” he says about his job.
