Welcome to an Artist Talk with Amanda Herman and Saad Muhialdin Tuesday October 15th
The film The Making of Talzar will be screened at 6pm and the talk will begin at 6.30pm.
Amanda Herman and Saad Muhialdin will discuss their multi-year collaboration, in-depth exchange and unique process of making the film The Making of Talzar. They will talk about the many layers of the project, from the details of how to make a person’s imagination come to life to addressing the immense geopolitical ramifications of war and forced migration. Traditional Iraqi appetizers and drinks will be served courtesy of Kulturföreningen BOB and discussion with the audience will be encouraged.
The talk will be conducted in English.
